Wow....that was intense! That may have been a little over the top on a kid that young....not the whuppin but filming and posting it? Unfortunately for him the clip will be around forever! I don't know who the man was but I heard in a report that it wasn't his dad or legal gaurdian and was arrested for abuse! I hope he was only hitting his butt!
I saw that and all I could say was wow I agree eric that the whuppin wasn't the real negative of the video and after I saw all of the news it became a bigger issue but I do think he was hitting him on the butt mostly bc he told him to drop his pants and he told him to move his hand during this was cruel and usual punishment
