Did your Dad ever leave you a note like this? Friday after school and your looking forward to the weekend then you see this note laying on your bed right next to one of your Dad's Belt! I would have to say your weekend is ruined! You might as well strip down now and get on that bed because you know how he gets when your not ready!

ReplyDeleteNice. Very nice, Eric. My dad wasn't into notes, but he was into putting some fear into me over the phone. One of his regular habits was to call from work after I got home from school. He would always drop a little hint like, "there's something we need to talk about when I get home...." He would never tell me exactly what he had found out but I knew it could not be good. Waiting for him to come home ... those would be the longest 3 hours of my week.
ReplyDeleteHey Robert...Yeah, I think a phone call would be just as bad as the note...3 hours would be way to long to wait! Could imagine if you got the note before school....then you would have to go all day agonizing about it! A really embarrassing way is for one of your siblings telling you that Dad says your gonna get it when he gets home!
