The blush on his _other_ cheeks is definitely a nice touch. It's as if he's softly whimpering 'please, daddy, no more' but his expression is saying something QUITE different.
If he is saying, or meaning, 'more' would he have that sheet in the way? But if he is trying to say 'no more' would he be allowed to have the lower cheeks covered?
Aww, if only that sheet had been down just a little further....
